We're design and engineering specialists. That covers architectural building design and documentation, structural and civil engineering, and the approval documentation that sits on top of both: DA, CC, CDC and BASIX.
Structural and civil engineering are part of the practice, so in most cases the engineering that supports your design is handled here rather than by a separate consultant you have to brief and coordinate.
We prepare and progress the documentation: Development Applications and lodgement, Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates and BASIX. The determination always sits with the council or certifier, but the paperwork and coordination are ours.
